Our wide range of services include:
General installations, Product Connections, and Drop Replacements.
Service calls refer to trips made by our cable technicians to visit those in need of service. Depending on the complexity of the job, it can include other services like various equipment replacing. Our technicians make service calls their priority to fully meet our customers’ expectations.
MDU rewiring is one of the spectra of services provided by Eris Prime. It consists of installing Innerduct systems for future wiring needs. Much of the work takes place inside the building when pulling fiber from the MDU box to the customer.
These types of work usually require wall fishing, coaxial cable splicing, and high competence with drills, and different types of meters.
Outside work includes grounding service drops and pre-wiring, new builds for complete network services. Our crew regularly brings wiring from the source to the building itself, and then distribute it to meet the needs of the customer.
Fiber to the home (FTTH) is the installation and use of optical fiber from a central point directly to individual buildings such as residences, apartment buildings, and businesses to provide high-speed internet access. FTTH dramatically increases connection speeds available to computer users compared with technologies now used in most places.
FTTH promises connection speeds of up to 20 -100 times faster than a typical cable modem or DSL connection.
We strive to ensure excellent customer and service-oriented people.
